This one-on-one class is designed to help people develop a consistent dream practice, improve dream recall, and learn how to interpret dream symbols for personal growth, spiritual guidance, and ancestral connection. I will teach you: -Techniques for remembering and recording dreams (dream journaling, affirmations, herbs, and teas that support recall) -How to identify personal vs. universal dream symbols -Understanding spiritual messages in your dreams (prophetic dreams, ancestor visits, astral journeys) -How to apply dream insights in your waking life. -Insights into Lucid Dreaming
